quick update on the whole trip and if he wants to continue the 1

Chiren80 on the way to the Isle of Man and Pokerstars HQ Chiren80 - On the way to
the Isle of Man and Pokerstars HQ What will Pokerstars say when Athene turns up on their
doorstep with his application in hand for their VIP Poker team? Will
they accept him or will they kick him out?
Maybe he'll be able to sign an awesome promotional deal. He is bringing
lots
of WOW players to the poker world, with an average of 1,000 viewers on
his live-stream and one of the largest forum threads ever on
2+2 . Unfortunately they have almost run out of money and are at
the airport, hoping that they'll make their next flight to the Isle of
Man. As they had to exchange all the money they had and empty their
bank accounts to get there, let's keep our fingers crossed that they
make the flight and we'll stay tuned to see what Pokerstars says to
this highly unusual application.

One
of the main reasons Athene started the One Million Hands in December
Challenge, was to get a spot on the Pokerstars Online Team Pro. Scotty,
one of the official speakers for Pokerstars VIP Team, told the Poker
Community that the Team Players have been chosen and have all been
contacted about joining, but the team won't be introduced to the public
until December 23rd. Chiren80 asked Scotty right away, if he would
check if he had made the team or not. At this point in time, Athene's
world was still rosy since he was sure that he would get one of the
spots......afterall he is one of the biggest winners on NL100 and he
will win
his challenge for sure.
Then he read the following:

as his world fell
apart. With tears in his eyes, he stood up and left the room, Tania
following him. She did return in about 5 minutes and with her
tear-streaked face turned off the camera.
Up til now, Chiren80 has not
commented on the situation. It seems that Athene had just presumed,
that Pokerstars would come to him and ask him to be on their VIP team
or did he simply forget to send his application? If he would even make
the team is questionable, in his last 7 days playing he has
lost over 69 stacks ($1729) - even counting the 180,000 hands played,
those really aren't PRO stats, are they?
We will just have to wait and see if Athene quits his Challenge now or
if he shows some backbone and will try and prove to the world that he
really is the best poker player!

of Man
Chiren and Reese are flying upt to the Isle of Man where they want to
speak with someone at Pokerstars HQ and personally hand in Chiren80´s

After a good amount of sleep Chiren started his 4th Session in a good
mood, interacting with the crowd from his Livestream
and playing music
requests posted from the 2+2 Forums. Unfortunately the music thing
didn´t work out that well as the constant Youtube playback froze his
computer a couple of times and he had to reeboot after only 1342 Hands.
After a short break Athene came back and continued his session for a
total of 34.820 Hands. Alltogether he played around 15h and had to look
down to a devistating $783,35 hit to his bankroll. If he doesent change
his playing style he will never make it through his challenge and stay
break even. But Chiren80 is very confident that after the 10th of
December he will adapt and "will make
shit loads of money because the stake is so piss easy".
Good Luck with that Chiren! He is probably right that NL25 is easy
beatable for every Pokerplayer with a bit expierience and a good amount
of patience - but he should realize that he is not facing the usual
Nl25 population. He gets 3-bettet an insane amount and often has to
fold, he has no fold equity whatsoever and can´t isolate any fish he
might spot.

A lot of times Chiren80 speaks about his self programmed pokersoftware
which helps him grinding on 24 Tables with no problems. But everyone
who wittnessed the helpless belgium guy as his windows crashed on day
two is wondering how such a computer noob can possibly programm a piece
of software for himself. On the other hand Chiren managed to tame a
sexy wildcat like Tania
which provides him with food, drinks, backrups
etc. and always can control a wild beast likeFurios. The answer is
easy: Chiren80 is a supertalented Animal Trainer and so its not such a
big surprise as an inside source smuggled out a picture of Chirens80

Chiren
is slowing coming to the realization that he should maybe manage his
own time and energy a bit better. After his session today, which for
him was quite short, Athene was complaining about not being able to see
straight. However he hopes that getting some eye drops will solve this
problem.
Today's session did not go very well for him. At halftime
he had to take a quick 4 hour nap because he was so exhausted.
Unfortunately it didn't help much, after playing only 12 hours and
30,003 hands Chiren80 had a minus on this session's account of $216.70.
He did win a lot of sympathy today from his fans, but he does still
have over 80 % of his challenge to finish.
